Hilliest FLATS Ride Ever

Sign up for The Hilliest FLATS Ride Ever, Saturday, July 6, 2013, to support the Community Fireworks Show and FLATS. The ride features 3 routes for beginners to advanced riders, and begins at 7:30 a.m. at the Wooden Nickel parking lot on the corner of Elson and McPherson and ends at the Pancake Breakfast. Your registration includes a ticket to the Pancake Breakfast. Helmets are required.

Bicycle Workshops

Join us on at 7 pm for a one-hour workshop followed by a half-hour bike ride this summer on the 2nd & 4th Thursdays of each month. Topics include Basic Bicycle Maintenance, How to Get Around Town, What's a Derailleur, and more. Depending on the topic and the weather, workshops will be held in Brashear Park or in the Adair County Health Dept. For the post-workshop bike ride, please bring your bike & helmet. Lights will be available for loan or purchase ($10). Your $10 donation per year (optional) supports KA-Motion.
